Safety Rules & Guidelines

Rules are in place at be.UP Park to ensure everyone’s safety. All guests must follow the rules and follow through with any instructions from our be.Staff. If any player is found breaking be.UP Park rules they will first be corrected by our trained Staff. If the player continues to break the park rules, we reserve the right to evict that person from the park.

General Safety Rules

  • Every person must have read and completed a be.UP Park waiver form before exploring and using our activities. For kids under 18, this waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Our indoor activities are not recommended for guests with the following conditions: Pregnancy, neck problems, back problems, heart problems, recent surgery or any history of physical condition that may be aggravated by these activities.
  • Although be.UP Park has trained Staff on at all times, across all open areas of the park, children always remain their parent’s responsibility.
  • Participant maximum weight is 80 kgs for the Kids’ Maze, 125 kgs for the Trampoline Zone, AltiGame and Climbing Walls.
  • Kids below 3 years old are not allowed in the Activities of be.UP Park.
  • Kids less than 120 cm tall are allowed only in our Huge Kids’ Maze.
  • be.UP grippy socks are compulsory and available on entry (reusable). They must be worn at all times.
  • Climbing and AltiGame equipment is allowed by be.UP Park.
  • The player must wear the valid-coloured wristband at all times during play.
  • Sharp objects, keys, loose items, jewellery, watches, hats, etc. must be removed from person.
  • Eyeglasses should be secure.
  • No external drinks or food permitted unless special permission is granted by management.
  • Act in a responsible manner while using the be.UP Park activities, obeying all oral and written warnings.
  • No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol is permitted.
  • Foul language or profanity is not allowed.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron.
  • Operators are not responsible for lost or misplaced personal items.

Area Specific Rules

Trampoline Zone

  • Kids less than 110cm in height are not allowed in the be.UP Trampoline Zone.
  • Participant maximum weight is 125 kgs.
  • Children 13 years and under must be supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult guardian.
  • The essential rules are clearly visible at the entry point into the play zones.
  • No food, drinks, gum or candy of any kind to be taken onto the trampolines.
  • Always jump within your ability.
  • Avoid jumping in the same area as anyone significantly younger or less skilled than yourself.
  • Ensure that you always land all jumps with both feet.
  • Yield to fellow jumpers at all times and no intentional colliding, roughhousing or tripping.
  • Immediate dismissal if you double jump, double flip or play “Popcorn”.
  • No climbing the netting.
  • Follow all the be.Staff’s instructions.
  • Tired? Take a break on the mezzanine or have a seat around the play zones.

Climbing Zone

  • Kids less than 3 years old are not allowed in the Clip ’n Climb zone.
  • Participant minimum weight is 10 kgs and maximum weight is 125 kgs.
  • Children 13 years and under must be supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult guardian.
  • A safety briefing is completed before you start and the essential rules are also clearly visible at the entry point into the play zone.
  • Clip ‘n Climb harnesses and be.UP closed toes must be worn at all times when climbing (provided by be.UP Park).
  • Participant must safely fit in harness.
  • No climbing without being clipped properly into the auto belay.
  • Long hair must be tied back.
  • No horseplay. Operator reserves the right to expel participant from the attraction if exhibiting this behavior.
  • Always check for a climber above you.
  • No food, drinks, gum or candy of any kind to be taken onto climbing walls.
  • Follow all the be.Staff’s instructions.
  • Tired? Take a break on the mezzanine or have a seat around the play zones.

Altigame – Net Course

  • Kids less than 110 cm in height are not allowed in the AltiGame.
  • Participant maximum weight is 125 kgs.
  • Children 13 years and under must be supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult guardian.
  • The essential rules are also clearly visible at the entry point into the play zone.
  • Helmet must be worn at all times when playing in the AltiGame (provided by be.UP Park).
  • Avoid playing in the same platform or game of anyone significantly younger or less skilled than yourself.
  • Not to jump onto the netting (it is not a trampoline).
  • No food, drinks, gum or candy of any kind to be taken into AltiGame.
  • Follow all the be.Staff’s instructions.
  • Tired? Take a break on the mezzanine or have a seat around the play zones.

Kids Maze

  • Only Kids over 3 years old are allowed in our Huge Kids’ Maze.
  • Kids less than 3 years have only access to our Toddler Square area, except during our special Toddler Time: weekday mornings (up to 1PM). Note that the Park is still open to the general public or School programs during Toddler Time but make every effort to protect our toddlers by keeping older jumpers quieter in the Kids’ maze area. For the safety of our younger jumpers, Toddler Time is not available on weekends, during school and public holidays.
  • Participant maximum weight is 80 kgs.
  • Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult guardian.
  • Be aware of other children playing, particularly near slides or moving pieces of equipment.
  • No food, drinks, gum or candy of any kind to be taken into the Kids’ Maze.
  • Follow all the be.Staff’s instructions.
