If you have any sort of medical condition that may affect your ability to safely jump on a trampoline, climb on fun walls, run on the ropes courses, you must consult a doctor first and write down all the details on your waiver.

Trampoline jumping, climbing walls and the ropes courses are comparable in risk to other sports like skateboarding, snow skiing, ice hockey and football. Jump or climb within your ability and don’t attempt advanced moves that are beyond you. This is not the place to show off or try to impress anyone.

Fortunately, we’ve invested heavily in training our be.SuperStaff. Anyone can blow a whistle. Our park safety monitors are trained to predict and prevent – not just react to things.

In be.UP Park, there is wheelchair access via a ramp. There is however limited access to the mezzanine Café and play areas.

You may cancel your party/event booking subject to be.UP Park receiving your request for cancellation with no less than 2 weeks’ notice before the booked start time. Any requests for cancellation must be made via email to booking@beuppark.co.za. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.

If you cancel at least 2 weeks before the event, your refund will be subject to a charge of 30% of the amount paid. No refund allowed within 2 weeks of the event.

be.UP Park shall be entitled to cancel your booking at any time. In the event that we need to cancel your booking, we shall notify you as soon as possible. You shall be entitled to a full refund in the event of cancellation under this clause but no other compensation shall be payable.

In the event that it proves necessary to close the Activities for reasons beyond the control of be.UP Park and in circumstances where your party has commenced participation in the Activities, you shall not be entitled to any refund (in part or in whole). In such circumstances be.UP Park may, but shall not be obliged to, offer alternative dates or times at reduced rates.

Unfortunately, all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, except for Parties and Events as explained below.

No. Waivers are kept on file and only need to be filled out once a year.

Yes. We highly recommend completing waivers online so that they link with our booking system at the park and you will have a much quicker check-in process when you arrive.
We have tablets you can use just in case, but you don’t want to miss a minute of your session, do you?

Yes. Everybody needs to have a waiver signed. If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for you, but does not have to be present when you visit the facility. Waivers can be filled out online or filled out at the location. Waivers will stay on file for one year. You may fill it out on site.

We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before. This gives you time to put your belongings away and get ready to discover the be.UP Activities. If traffic’s terrible or your boss was in “just one more thing” mode and you arrive up to 30 mins late, we’ll sneak you in for the rest of your session but you may miss the start.

All online reservations must be paid at the time of booking. If you’re not able to do this online, you can pay upon arrival, but you will run the risk of missing out on your preferred be.UP session.

No, but it’s the only way to guarantee a spot for you in our different zones of the Park and despite the fact that our park is huge, we are really busy and often sell out so we strongly recommend it. You can also sign a waiver online to save you more time when you get to the park.

You are more than welcome to watch them in the surrounding platform areas around each game. No, you only pay if you participate. We have a Café, a mezzanine area with free Wi-Fi, comfortable sofas around the park and other areas where you can watch your kids having fun.

Wi-Fi in be.UP park is fully functioning. We chase our suppliers every day to make sure you can surf the net freely. We cannot guarantee full and constant high capacity but strive to offer the best conditions.

Yes, they can and we always encourage them to participate. With your kids but also with your collegues during a very fun and active Corporate event, or your friends during a VERY Special event ?
So the question should be: Why can’t adults play in be.UP Park? We are an indoor fun park! Join us and be.UP!

To ensure the safety of all our be.UP Park guests, there is a court monitor supervising all areas of the park at all times. We have strict capacity levels that we adhere to on a daily basis and all guests are briefed on dos & don’ts before their playtime begins. (Our T&Cs will all be included in your confirmation when booking, which must be signed.)
We reserve the right to exclude any person not willing to follow our Read our Internal safety rules.

We do not allow external food or drinks due to agreements with suppliers and licensing restrictions. We have a Coffee shop that offers your favourite snacks and refreshments. Have a look to our options here.
Party package bookings can bring along a birthday cake, but this does not apply to general play sessions or group sessions.
Exceptions accepted for baby food and disability requirements.

Sure. It’s important to see, but they may fall off so wear them at your own risk.

No, you can buy them once and bring them every time you visit us!

Our be.UP socks have been designed to increase grip in the games, reducing the risk of injury. Yes, it’s now a bit of a legal requirement sort of thing. We want to do whatever it takes to keep you safe after all. The socks cost just R25 and are yours to keep and re-use.

For your convenience we offer free shoe cubbies.
We have several lockers available for your valuables, phones, etc. With a deposit of R20, we give you a padlock for the duration of your session. Don’t forget to leave the padlock at the reception before leaving.
Your property is left in these lockers entirely at your own risk.
Note that be.UP Park is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

As all shoes need to be removed and be.UP Park grip socks worn, we have no requirements for footwear. be.UP Park provides free shoes for Climbing Wall activity.

This isn’t a fashion show so go with comfortable clothing to enjoy the fun activities! Only appropriate clothing must be worn. This means loose-fitting clothes, T-shirts and athletic wear that allows pores to breathe. This may seem a bit obvious but we don’t allow stuff with pointy bits in the play zones.
As all shoes need to be removed and be.UP Park grip socks worn, we have no requirements for footwear. be.UP Park provides free shoes for Climbing Wall activity.
One last thing: you can’t wear any jewellery of any sort while playing in be.UP Park.

The weight limit for our Kids’ Maze is 80 kgs / Trampolines, AltiGame  and Climbing walls 125 kgs. There is no height limit because the ceiling is just so incredibly high.

In order to play in be.UP Park children need to be at least an age of 3 years old to ensure there are no bruises or bumps.

KIDS UNDER the height of 120cm only have access to our Huge Kids’ Maze (reserved slides, trampolines and spider tower for a lot of safe fun) and the Climbing Walls area (Clip ‘n Climb challenges) if they are over 10kgs.

TODDLER TIME: We open our Huge Kids' Maze for the smaller ones during weekday mornings.
* We are still open to the general public or School programs during Toddler Time but make every effort to protect our toddlers by keeping older jumpers quieter in the Kids’ maze area.
* For the safety of our younger jumpers, Toddler Time is not available on weekends, during school and public holidays.

During weekends, school and public holidays, the kids under 3 years old will ONLY have access to our TOODLER SQUARE.

OVER 120cm: You must be 120 cm or more in height to have General access to the be.UP Park’s activities: Trampoline, Climbing Walls, AltiGame an Kids’ Maze.

You can access be.UP Park on your own from 13 years of age. Under that age you should be accompanied by a parent or caretaker.
Someone over the age of 18 needs to sign the waiver for anyone under 18 years of age.
From 18 years of age you can sign your own waiver.

 

All requests will be answered within 48 hours by our Event or Booking management team. Please be sure to enter your correct details.

We have private, safe and free parking. Enjoy it! If it is full, there is always Howard Centre parking available.
